Shipping & Pickup Policy

STORE PICKUP

Orders can be picked up at:

New Braunfels, TX

You’ll receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

SHIPPING

We ship orders via USPS (United States Postal Service).

  • Orders typically ship within 10–15 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • USPS delivery averages 5 business days

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer local delivery within New Braunfels on Tuesdays and Thursdays, between 8 AM and 6 PM.

  • You’ll receive a text or phone call the day of delivery to confirm someone is available to receive the order

  • Enter your address at checkout to check eligibility

  • If Local Delivery does not appear during checkout, your address is outside the delivery zone and your order will ship via USPS

Important Notes:

  • Please ensure someone is available on delivery day between 8 AM and 6 PM

  • If we are unable to deliver due to no one being available, a re-delivery fee may apply

  • All deliveries must be contactless

  • For apartments or condos, deliveries will be made to the main lobby or entrance area
